True Faith Financial Solutions ("we", "us", "our") provides tax preparation, bookkeeping, credit repair, IRS resolution, business funding assistance and financial advisory services through this platform.
By creating a client file, booking a call, or using the client portal you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
Fees are shown on the pricing section of the website and in your engagement agreement before work begins. We do not begin paid work until the fee or payment plan is agreed.
Quoted prices are for the scope described at the time of the quote. Additional returns, amended returns, notices or years added later may be quoted separately.
You agree to give us complete and accurate information and documents. A tax return is only as accurate as the information provided to us.
You are responsible for reviewing your return before it is filed and for keeping your portal login private.
Tax refunds, credit score changes, funding approvals and IRS outcomes depend on facts and on third parties such as the IRS, credit bureaus and lenders. We do not guarantee any specific refund amount, score increase, approval or resolution outcome.
Credit repair services are provided in line with the Credit Repair Organizations Act (CROA). You may cancel credit repair services in writing within three business days of signing without penalty.
Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store full card numbers.
Preparation fees are earned once a return is prepared and reviewed with you. Refund requests for work already completed are reviewed case by case. Government filing fees are non-refundable once a return is transmitted.
Documents you upload are stored privately and are accessible only to you and the staff assigned to your file. We handle your information under GLBA and IRS safeguarding rules as described in our Privacy Policy.
We may share information with the IRS, state tax authorities, credit bureaus or lenders only as needed to perform the services you asked for, or as required by law.
By giving us your phone number or email you agree we may contact you about your file, appointments and deadlines. You can ask us to stop non-essential messages at any time.
To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim related to the services is limited to the fees you paid us for the service giving rise to the claim.
We are not liable for delays or failures caused by third parties, including the IRS, state agencies, credit bureaus, lenders or payment processors.
We may update these terms as our services change. The version published here applies from the date shown at the bottom of this page.
